1. Services & Packages

  • For Pakistan Clients:

    • Product sourcing (China & local suppliers)

    • Packaging & branding

    • Courier & delivery handling

    • VA support for Shopify, Daraz, and social media

  • For International Clients:

    • Amazon Private Label & FBA solutions

    • eCommerce website creation & management

    • Brand consultancy & digital marketing

    • Virtual assistance tailored to business needs

2. Conditions of Service

  • WW Studio provides services only – we do not sell or own client products.

  • All decisions related to inventory, marketing budget, and product selection remain the client’s responsibility.

  • Payments must be cleared in advance as per agreed package.

  • Delays due to supplier issues, shipping, or courier are not WW Studio’s liability.

  • Communication will primarily be through WhatsApp and email.

3. No Business Guarantee

  • WW Studio does not guarantee profits, sales, or market success.

  • Business performance depends on market trends, customer demand, and client decisions.

  • Our role is to provide professional guidance, execution, and support, not guaranteed results.

4. Refund & Payment Policy

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the process has started.

  • Refunds are only applicable if no work has been initiated.

  • International clients must clear payments via secure channels before project start.

  • For Pakistan clients, advance or milestone payments are mandatory.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details (product, budget, branding requirements).

  • Approve product samples, designs, and campaigns before launch.

  • Ensure legal compliance of business and product in their region.

6. WW Studio Responsibilities

  • Provide honest and transparent service execution.

  • Keep all client data confidential.

  • Offer professional consultancy and solutions as per selected package.

  • Support clients in building sustainable brand foundations.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Client data, product details, and business strategies remain private.

  • We do not share information with third parties without written permission.

8. Termination of Service

  • Services may be terminated if client violates payment, communication, or policy terms.

  • WW Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion.
