Cancellation Policy

At Web Wizard Studio (WW Studio), we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which a project or service may be cancelled by either the client or WW Studio.


1. Project Cancellation by the Client

Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by contacting WW Studio through email or WhatsApp.

However, cancellation terms depend on the stage of the project.


2. Before Work Has Started

If the client requests cancellation before the project has started and no work has been initiated, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.


3. After Work Has Started

Once work has officially started, the advance payment becomes non-refundable, except in situations where WW Studio is responsible as outlined in our Refund Policy.

This includes work such as:

  • Project planning
  • Research
  • Store setup
  • Website design
  • Product sourcing
  • Branding
  • Creative design
  • Marketing setup
  • Campaign preparation
  • Virtual Assistant setup

Since our team invests time and resources from the beginning of every project, completed work cannot be refunded.


4. Client Delays

If a client fails to provide the required information, approvals, payments, or account access for more than 30 consecutive days, WW Studio reserves the right to place the project on hold.

If no response is received within 60 days, the project may be considered cancelled without any refund obligation.


5. Cancellation of Product Sourcing Orders

For product sourcing and private label orders:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once products have been purchased from suppliers or factories.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after products have been packed or dispatched.

Any payments already made to suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners are non-refundable.


6. Shipping & Logistics Cancellation

Once a shipment has been booked, dispatched, or handed over to the shipping carrier, the shipment cannot be cancelled.

Shipping charges, customs fees, handling charges, and logistics costs are non-refundable after dispatch.


7. Marketing & VA Services

Monthly Virtual Assistant (VA) and Marketing Services may be cancelled before the start of the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for the current month's service once work has commenced.


8. Cancellation by WW Studio

WW Studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel any project if:

  • The client provides false or misleading information.
  • The client requests illegal or prohibited activities.
  • The client repeatedly behaves in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward our team.
  • Required payments are not made on time.
  • The client violates the agreed Terms & Conditions.

Where applicable, completed work will be handed over based on the payments received.


9. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • All work completed up to the cancellation date remains the property of WW Studio until all outstanding payments have been cleared.
  • Access to ongoing services may be suspended until payment obligations are fulfilled.
  • Any additional work requested after cancellation will require a new agreement.
