Every completed project includes 6 Months of Free Support.

Our free support covers assistance related to the services delivered by WW Studio.


2. Support Includes

Depending on the service purchased, free support may include:

  • Technical Guidance
  • Basic Troubleshooting
  • Virtual Assistant Support
  • Marketing Guidance
  • Product Sourcing Assistance
  • Shipping Updates
  • Account Assistance

Clients can contact our team through:

  • Google Meet (By Appointment)

We aim to provide professional and friendly support through all available communication channels.


4. Office Hours

Business Days

Monday – Saturday

09:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Our office remains closed on Sunday.


5. Sunday Support

Although our office is officially closed on Sundays, WhatsApp support remains available.

Clients may send messages at any time, and our team will respond as soon as possible.

Urgent matters may also receive assistance outside regular office hours whenever possible.


6. Response Time

Our average response time is:

  • WhatsApp: Within a few hours during business hours.
  • Email: Within 24 business hours.
  • Google Meet: Scheduled by prior appointment.

During peak business periods or public holidays, response times may be slightly longer.


7. Client Updates

We believe in keeping our clients informed throughout every project.

For active marketing campaigns, updates may be shared more frequently depending on campaign activity and important milestones.


8. Services Not Covered Under Free Support

Free support does not include:

  • New website designs or complete redesigns
  • Additional pages or custom development
  • New marketing campaigns
  • New product sourcing requests
  • New branding projects
  • Third-party software issues not caused by WW Studio
  • Requests outside the original project scope

Such services will be quoted separately.


9. Client Responsibilities

To receive timely support, clients should:

  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Respond to our requests when additional details are needed.
  • Share screenshots or error details when reporting issues.
  • Maintain respectful communication with our team.
