4. Payment Terms
To begin any sourcing order:
- A 50% advance payment is required before product sourcing or purchasing begins.
- Once the products have been sourced, verified, inspected, and prepared for shipment, the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
- Shipping and logistics charges are billed separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No products will be dispatched until the outstanding balance has been received.
5. Product Confirmation
Before placing any order, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving:
- Product specifications
- Quantity
- Color
- Size
- Model
- Packaging requirements
- Branding requirements (if applicable)
Once the order is confirmed with the supplier, changes may not be possible.
6. Quality Inspection
Where applicable, WW Studio conducts quality inspections before shipment.
Our inspection may include:

- Basic quality checks
Please note that inspections are based on visible quality and agreed specifications and do not replace factory warranties.
7. Shipping Services
After sourcing is completed, we also provide complete international shipping and logistics support.

- Estimated Delivery: 10–15 Business Days
Sea Freight
- Estimated Delivery: 60–70 Business Days
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier schedules, and destination country regulations.
8. Door-to-Door Delivery
WW Studio offers complete door-to-door delivery for eligible destinations.
Our team manages the shipping process from supplier collection to final delivery, while keeping clients informed with regular updates.
9. Responsibility
WW Studio takes responsibility for managing your sourcing order from supplier coordination through shipment and delivery.
We are committed to ensuring that your products are handled professionally throughout the sourcing and logistics process.
However, we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:
- Customs authorities
- Government regulations
- Natural disasters
- Shipping carriers
- Supplier production delays
- Events beyond our reasonable control
10. Order Cancellation
Once products have been:
- Purchased,
- Manufactured,
- Customized,
- Packed, or
- Dispatched,
the order cannot be cancelled.
Payments already made to suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics providers are non-refundable.
11. Pricing
Product prices may change due to:
- Factory price adjustments
- Currency exchange fluctuations
- Raw material costs
- Supplier pricing updates
The final confirmed quotation will apply once approved by the client.
12. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate product requirements.
- Reviewing quotations before approval.
- Making payments on time.
- Providing correct shipping information.
- Complying with import laws and regulations in their destination country.
