7. Confidentiality

8. Service Duration

The VA service is provided according to the agreed monthly package.

Services are renewed upon mutual agreement and receipt of the applicable payment.


9. Cancellation

Either the client or WW Studio may discontinue the VA service by providing 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

Once a monthly service period has started, payments for that period are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.


10. Limitation of Liability

WW Studio is responsible for delivering professional Virtual Assistant services with reasonable care and diligence.

However, we shall not be held responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Low sales
  • Declining revenue
  • Platform outages
  • Meta or Shopify policy changes
  • Account restrictions not caused by our negligence
  • Delays resulting from incomplete client information
  • Any indirect or consequential business losses
