2. Eligible Refunds

A refund may be approved only if the issue is directly caused by Web Wizard Studio or its team.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • We fail to deliver the agreed service due to our own negligence.
  • A Shopify store contains major technical issues caused by our development and cannot be resolved.
  • A website or store is suspended due to an error or policy violation caused directly by our team.
  • A marketing campaign is negatively affected because of a mistake made by our staff.
  • We are unable to complete the agreed project due to our own fault.

Before issuing a refund, WW Studio reserves the right to investigate the issue and attempt to resolve it.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The client changes their mind after work has started.
  • The client decides to cancel the project without a valid service-related reason.
  • The client fails to provide required information, access, or materials on time.
  • Delays caused by the client's lack of communication or approvals.
  • The client is dissatisfied due to personal preferences after approved work has been delivered.
  • The client requests features or services outside the original project scope.
  • Advertising results do not meet expectations.
  • Low or no sales.
  • Business losses or reduced revenue.
  • Low marketing budget.
  • Poor product selection made by the client.
  • High market competition.
  • Changes in Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google, or other third-party platform policies.
  • Supplier delays, manufacturing delays, customs delays, or shipping carrier delays.
  • Any issue outside the reasonable control of WW Studio.

4. Business Performance Disclaimer

WW Studio provides professional services, guidance, and marketing strategies based on industry best practices.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Profit
  • Business growth
  • Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Viral advertising campaigns

Business success depends on many factors, including product quality, pricing, customer demand, competition, advertising budget, and market conditions.

5. Product Sourcing & Shipping

Payments made for product sourcing, supplier payments, manufacturing, or shipping are generally non-refundable once products have been purchased, manufactured, packed, or dispatched.

Any refund related to sourcing will only be considered if WW Studio is directly responsible for the issue.

6. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started, any refund will be determined based on the amount of work already completed.

Work already performed, consultations, research, sourcing efforts, design work, and setup services are non-refundable.

7. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Any transaction fees or third-party charges may be deducted where applicable.

8. Our Promise

At WW Studio, we believe in honesty, responsibility, and long-term client relationships. If an issue occurs due to our mistake, we will either:

  • Fix the issue at no additional cost,
  • Complete the agreed service, or
  • Issue a refund where appropriate under this policy.
