Payment Policy

At Web Wizard Studio (WW Studio), we believe in maintaining a transparent, secure, and professional payment process for every project. This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for our services.


1. Advance Payment

To begin any project or service, a minimum of 50% advance payment is required.

No work, sourcing, development, or service will commence until the advance payment has been successfully received.


2. Project Commencement

Your project officially starts only after:

  • The required advance payment has been received.
  • All necessary project details have been provided.
  • Required account access or credentials have been shared (if applicable).
  • The project scope has been mutually confirmed.

Once these requirements are completed, our team will begin working on your project.


3. Project Updates

We believe in complete transparency throughout the project.

Clients will receive regular updates regarding:

  • Project progress
  • Development status
  • Marketing performance (where applicable)
  • Product sourcing updates
  • Shipping progress (where applicable)

Our team remains available to answer project-related questions during business hours.


4. Final Payment

The remaining project balance must be paid before:

  • Final website delivery
  • Store handover
  • Source code or project files are shared
  • Product dispatch (for sourcing orders)
  • Any final project transfer

Projects will only be handed over after the outstanding balance has been cleared.


5. Product Sourcing Payments

For Product Sourcing and Private Label orders:

  • 50% advance payment is required before sourcing begins.
  • Once the products have been sourced, inspected, and prepared for shipment, the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
  • Shipping and logistics charges are charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

6. Marketing & Virtual Assistant Services

Marketing and Virtual Assistant (VA) services are billed in advance according to the agreed service period.

Work begins only after payment has been received.

Monthly service renewals must be completed before the next service cycle begins.


7. Additional Services

Any service requested outside the original project scope will be quoted separately and requires client approval before work begins.

Examples include:

  • Additional pages
  • Extra product uploads
  • Custom features
  • Additional ad creatives
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope
  • Extra sourcing requests

8. Payment Delays

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of work
  • Delay in project delivery
  • Delay in product dispatch
  • Suspension of marketing campaigns
  • Temporary suspension of support services until payment is received

9. Payment Confirmation

Projects are scheduled only after payment has been confirmed.

Clients are requested to share proof of payment whenever applicable to help us process their project without unnecessary delays.


10. Currency & Charges

Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

For international clients, payments may be accepted in other currencies based on mutual agreement.

Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, payment gateway fees, or transfer charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.


11. Non-Payment

WW Studio reserves the right to pause, suspend, or terminate any ongoing project if agreed payments are not received within the specified timeframe.

Any work already completed remains the property of WW Studio until full payment has been received.
